Deutsch: Ein Mitglied von einem Stopselclub präsentiert einen Stöpsel. Ein Stopselclub ist ein geselliger Verein, dessen Mitglieder stets einen Stopsel mit sich tragen müssen. Wenn sich zwei Vereinsmitglieder begegnen, kann einer den anderen auffordern, seinen Stopsel zu zeigen. Falls ein Mitglied den Stopsel nicht vorzeigen kann, z.B. weil es ihn zu Hause vergessen hat, dann muss das vergessliche Mitglied eine kleine Geldstrafe zahlen. Diese Strafen werden oft verwendet, um beim nächsten Vereinstreffen das Bier für die anwesenden Vereinsmitglieder zu zahlen. Stopselclubs sind in Bayern verbreitet.
English: A member of a Stopselclub (German for plug-club) presents a plug. A plug-club is a social organization, who's members always have to carry a plug with them. If two members meet, each of them can ask the other one to present his plug. If a member forgot the plug, he has to pay a fine. The money which is collected through these fines is usually used to buy beer for the next club meeting. Plug-clubs are popular in the German state of Bavaria.
