Description UNHAS (Heli Air Services) Mi-8P. Due to bad roads, vast distances and insecurity, WFP/UNHAS operates numerous Mi-8s to transport UN- and NGO-staff in Darfur. The stickers of the EU hint at the funding the operator recieves from the EU, because $50 per heli-ride is not cost-covering. Note the hearing protectors.
